Nottingham Forest are readying a new offer for Celtic forward Rocco Vata, sources have told Football Insider.
Forest have already had a bid rejected for the 19-year-old by the Glasgow giants as they look to strike a deal to take him to the City Ground.
Vata has rejected a new deal with Brendan Rodgers’s side and could now leave the Scottish champions this summer.
Nottingham Forest to make Rocco Vata bid after Celtic contract update
Vata has long been earmarked as one of the most talented youngsters at Celtic following a number of impressive performances for their B team.
The Glasgow-born forward scored 13 goals in 16 appearances for the club’s B team last season, while he registered his first senior goal in the 5-0 Scottish Cup victory over Buckie Thistle in January.
But after playing just four minutes off the bench in the Scottish Premiership last season, Vata has turned down a new deal and could leave the Glasgow giants in the coming weeks.
Forest are readying a new bid to secure his services, while Championship outfit Watford and Serie A side Bologna are also in the race to sign him.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are also plotting a potential move to sign Southampton forward Che Adams on a free transfer when his contract runs out later this month.
