Callum Hudson-Odoi picks between Didier Drogba and Sergio Aguero
Appearing in a recent video shared on the ESPN UK TikTok channel, Nottingham Forest winger Callum Hudson-Odoi was involved in a winner-stays-on challenge featuring numerous past and present strikers.
Aguero is a Premier League legend
During his decade at the Etihad Stadium between 2011 and 2021, Aguero, who said earlier this month that Phil Foden is his favourite City player, found the back of the net 184 times in 275 top-flight matches, lifting five Premier League trophies in the process.
The Argentine made history at the end of his debut season with City, as his final league goal of the 2011/12 campaign secured the Manchester club their first Premier League title after coming from behind to beat Queens Park Rangers 3-2 on the final day of the season.
Once he left the club, Aguero, who is City’s all-time top scorer and was also inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame at the same time as Drogba, was commemorated with a statue outside the Etihad in recognition of what he achieved during his time with the Blues.
While both Aguero and Drogba are undoubtedly two of the best strikers of the Premier League era, it shouldn’t surprise too many City fans that Hudson-Odoi picked the Argentine over the former Chelsea star in this instance.
