According to Juve Live, Tottenham Hotspur are ready to submit a £20.5m bid for Juventus midfielder Manuel Locatelli.
The Italian outlet suggests Spurs are really keen to land Locatelli’s signature and the Italy international will likely be open to the move.
Thiago Motta hasn’t nailed down the 26-year-old as a starter, so it could be in the interest of all parties to agree a deal.
