Moise Kean is on the move again…
Given the burgeoning reputation he arrived with at Goodison Park and the manner in which he ultimately disappointed, Everton did well to get their money back on him but Juventus, the club that nurtured the player as a youngster have not been so fortunate.
It was only last year that Juve took up their obligation to re-sign Kean from the Blues following a two-year loan spell back in Serie A. Reports in Italy claimed Goodison Park chiefs recouped their €28million (approximately £24million) for the player.
However, with La Vecchia Signora (The Old Lady) offloading Kean for a second time, on this occasion they have received just an initial €13million fee from Fiorentina for a striker who at 24 now should be approaching the peak of his powers. Instead, in 2023/24 he was outscored by his former team-mate and near namesake, Michael Keane, who despite only playing a dozen times for Everton last season, managed to find the net at his previous club Burnley while Kean failed to register in his 20 matches.
